Rule 139
Procedures related to pension
: (1) Employees who are entitled to pension due to age limit or service period should send the prescribed form to the concerned authority 6 months before the date of retirement. In case of the death of such a police officer, within six months of his death, his family will have to send an application to the concerned authority for pension.
(2) The following functions related to pension will be done by the Office of the Controller of Funds and Accounts of the same district on the recommendation of the Chief of the District Police Office of the district where the bank payment is being received:-
(a) Copy of the certificate of pension that has been issued once, or if a copy of the certificate of pension has been issued, or if the name of the person entitled to family pension has been changed after the death of the holder of the pension or family pension certificate, or if there has been an amendment to the certificate of pension certificate, or the photo and signature on the pension certificate and form as sent from the police library If verified,
(b) Sub-rule (3) of rule 131, if the pension amount has to be increased when the age of the person receiving Wamojim pension reaches sixty years.
